Expleo Group is seeking a senior Java Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex microservices, define architectural patterns, and own IAM architecture using Keycloak, Okta and OIDC. You will mentor junior and mid-level engineers, drive security and quality practices, and collaborate with product owners and architects across global delivery teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Microservices.
• Solid knowledge of Software Architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience making technical and architectural decisions.
• Strong experience with IAM / Identity & Access Management.
• Hands-on experience with Keycloak, Okta and OIDC.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization and federation.
• Experience with code reviews, secure coding and quality practices.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
• Experience mentoring and guiding other engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and implementation of complex Java Microservices.
• Define and promote architectural patterns, coding standards and security best practices.
• Take ownership of IAM architecture, including Keycloak, Okta and OIDC.
• Drive technical discussions with Product Owners, Architects and engineering teams.
• Identify and solve performance, scalability and security challenges.
• Lead code reviews and promote engineering quality standards.
• Work with tools such as SonarQube and Snyk.
• Mentor Junior and Mid-Level developers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including ADRs and technical runbooks.
