Salve.Lab is seeking a deeply hands-on Senior Java Engineer for technical leadership across multiple backend services. You will design, build and ship production code, collaborating with product owners and DevOps to shape scalable cloud-native architectures.

The role involves mentoring engineers, guiding technical decisions, and working across several interconnected microservices with Java as the primary language and Python support where needed.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of backend experience with a focus on Java.
• Hands-on with microservices or distributed systems.
• Production Python contributions and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes and Docker.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs in Java.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance without formal management.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and DevOps on architecture and delivery.
• Operate cloud-native services on AWS and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to testing, docs and SDLC improvements.
• Work across multiple interconnected microservices and drive technical decisions.
