Job summary

Fusion Consulting AG is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for our Quality Lab to lead complex IT projects, ensuring high performance and compliant delivery. You will manage scope, budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams to implement QA processes for IT systems and ensure regulatory compliance.

With 7+ years in IT project management, PMP certification, and strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, you will drive risk management, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT project management experience with QA focus.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile/ Scrum/Waterfall).
• Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects in the quality lab environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and QA processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead project teams and promote best practices in IT PM.
• Prepare status reports and manage vendor relationships for IT quality lab projects.
• Experience with DMS is required.
