Fusion Consulting is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for our Quality Lab to lead complex IT projects, ensuring high performance and compliance standards. The role requires a PMP certification, a CS/IT degree, and 7+ years in IT project management with QA focus, including LIMS experience.

Plan, execute, and deliver projects in a quality lab environment, manage budgets and resources, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience focusing on quality assurance.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methods and QA processes.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems and risk management.
• Proven track record delivering in complex IT environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Knowledge of GxP regulatory compliance.
• Experience with DMS solutions.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects in the quality lab environment, managing schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and implement QA processes for IT systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead project teams, fostering continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in IT PM.
• Prepare project status reports and manage vendor relationships related to IT quality lab projects.
• Experience in managing Document Management Systems (DMS).
