Fusion Consulting seeks a Senior Project Manager for IT/OT Infrastructure in the pharma sector to lead complex projects in Basel/Stein, Switzerland. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive integration of IT and OT systems across manufacturing and enterprise environments.

The role requires deep experience in IT/OT infrastructures within regulated settings, familiarity with GxP validation, and proficiency in English and German.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in IT/OT infrastructure project management, pharma preferred.
• Strong IT/OT knowledge and integration strategies.
• Experience delivering projects in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with GxP validation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute project plans for IT/OT infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions on time and within budget
• Manage project scope, schedules, and resources, identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure successful implementation of IT/OT systems
• Oversee the integration of IT and OT systems, ensuring seamless communication between enterprise and industrial control systems
• Implement and maintain project management best practices, methodologies, and tools
• Ensure compliance with GxP regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for IT/OT infrastructure processes and systems
