Amadeus is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management to lead a high-performance team of project managers across Europe. You will own a portfolio of strategic programs, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and drive governance and risk management at the executive level.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of program leadership in international settings, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record delivering large-scale initiatives in travel or related industries.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project and program management.
• Proven experience leading teams in complex international environments.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
• Expertise in project governance, PMO standards, Agile methodologies, and risk management.
• Track record of delivering large-scale strategic programs successfully.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working within the airport, aviation, or travel industry.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
