Amadeus is seeking an IT Project Manager (Senior Manager) to lead a team of project managers and oversee a portfolio of large-scale programs across Europe, ensuring delivery excellence in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and regulatory requirements.

Working with executive leaders and cross-functional teams, you will drive governance, risk management, and project quality standards, delivering meaningful business impact for Amadeus AirOps Operations and the travel industry.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project and program management.
• Proven experience leading teams in complex international environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching and talent development skills.
• Expertise in project governance, PMO standards, Agile methodologies, and risk management.
• Fluent in English and able to work with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of project managers.
• Own a portfolio of strategic projects across Europe.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
