iTRTech Group in Lisbon is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager & Engineer to lead and coordinate infrastructure projects from design through production deployment. This hybrid role requires hands‑on technical expertise alongside strong project governance and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production support and infrastructure project management, fluent English, and hands‑on experience with Linux, Oracle, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.

Qualificações

• Experience in Production Support or Application Production Support.
• Infrastructure project‑management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Linux and Oracle.
• Experience with cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure Pipelines.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace.
• Fluent English.
• Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 support for critical applications and infrastructure.
• Lead infrastructure projects, controlling scope, deadlines, budget, and quality.
• Manage technical architectures and production transitions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders.
• Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, risks, governance, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with security, resilience, cloud, obsolescence, and decommissioning requirements.
• Support DevOps, Agile, and cloud‑transformation initiatives.
• Contribute hands‑on expertise across Linux, cloud, middleware, automation, and containers.
