ITDS is seeking a Senior Linux Infrastructure & Support Tech Lead in Porto for a hybrid role. You will lead operational IT infrastructure initiatives, ensuring system stability across critical environments while driving technical projects with development teams.

The role requires 9+ years in Linux IT projects, strong scripting skills, and experience with deployment and monitoring tools. Fluency in English and Portuguese is expected; EU work eligibility is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in Linux IT projects and infrastructure support.
• Deep knowledge of Linux environments; Windows Server is a plus.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell and Python.
• Strong understanding of web servers and migrations (e.g., Websphere to JBoss).
• Knowledge of security best practices: SSL, reverse proxy, load balancing.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Control-M, VTOM).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Experience with deployment tools (GIT, Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Openshift, Docker).

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support across environments, including incident investigation and resolution.
• Deliver Level 3 support for IT infrastructure, ensuring uptime and performance.
• Establish monitoring metrics and design resilient architectures for stability.
• Lead technical projects with infra and development teams, including planning.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and process improvements (scripting, testing).
• Document system components, procedures, and supervision requirements.
• Oversee backup management and DR planning.
• Coordinate change management and application/infrastructure deployments.
