Qualificações

• Proven Lead/Principal Software Architect experience.
• Enterprise-level architecture and DDD knowledge.
• API-first and event-driven design experience.
• Experience with microservices and legacy modernization.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• English communication at B2+ level.

Responsabilidades

• Define long-term architecture strategy for enterprise platforms.
• Lead modernization of monoliths to microservices.
• Design domain-driven architectures aligned with business capabilities.
• Define API-first and event-driven standards.
• Promote architecture governance and autonomy.
• Produce architecture documentation (C4, ADRs).
• Design secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions.
• Mentor engineers and lead transformation using Team Topologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery.
