Aubay Portugal is seeking a senior software professional to design, develop, and deploy IBM BAW workflows across large organisations. You will configure components, integrate with external systems, and contribute to front-end interfaces within an Agile team.

Required are 7+ years in software development with hands-on IBM BAW/ICM, and strong English (B2). The role offers a hybrid model with Lisbon office presence and occasional Porto travel, with expenses supported.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of software development experience with hands-on IBM BAW or IBM Case Manager (ICM).
• Proficient with IBM Process Designer, modeling and coaches.
• Experience integrating systems via REST/SOAP APIs; Agile mindset with Scrum/JIRA/Kanban.

What will you do?

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end process workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW);
• Configure IBM BAW components, including Process Designer, Process Portal, and Coach/Coach View UI framework, to meet diverse business requirements;
• Integrate IBM BAW with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data flow across enterprise applications;
• Develop BAW Coach-based user interfaces and contribute to front-end components when applicable;
• Write and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to validate workflow behavior and business rules;
• Produce clear technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and actively engage in Agile ceremonies within a multi-site team.

What are we looking for?

• Solid professional experience (minimum 7 years) in Software Development, with mandatory hands-on experience in IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow) or IBM Case Manager (ICM);
• Proficiency in IBM Process Designer, including process modeling, service flows, Business Process Definitions (BPDs), and coaches;
• Experience with SQL/PL/SQL and working effectively within an Agile methodology (Scrum, JIRA, Kanban) environment;
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git/Bitbucket and a B2 level of English proficiency;
• Desirable skills include Java/J2EE for custom service integrations, Angular for enriched front-end experiences, and CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins);
