Aubay Portugal is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design robust data schemas, implement SAP BO universes, and optimize data pipelines. You will manage end-to-end data artifacts across environments, monitor performance, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Lisbon setting.

The role requires 6+ years in data roles, expertise in SAP BO, strong SQL/DB skills, Python, and experience with Power BI, Alteryx or Dataiku.

Qualificações

• Senior Data Engineer with at least 6 years of professional experience.
• Mandatory SAP BO expertise including universe creation and migration.
• Strong database skills (SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata) and Python.

What will you do?

• Design and model robust data schemas and structures, ensuring data integrity and performance;
• Create and evolve SAP BusinessObjects (BO) universes, including implementing user groups and access restrictions;
• Develop and optimize high-performance data pipelines for efficient data flow;
• Manage and automate the end-to-end release of data artifacts across various environments;
• Perform SAP BO version upgrades and facilitate migrations of SAP BO Universes;
• Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide comprehensive support for data infrastructure.
