Randstad Digital in Porto is seeking a Senior HR Business Analyst to directly integrate with HR and business teams, transforming needs into system requirements, data models, and reporting specs.

The role blends HR process expertise with strong analytics to translate data into clear insights, ensure data quality, and deliver scalable HR tech solutions in a hybrid work model (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, finance or equivalent.
• Strong SQL and DAX experience for data modeling and reporting.
• Hands-on Power BI (2+ years) and PowerApps experience.
• Experience with SAP SF or HRIS/HCM is a plus.
• Interest in ETL/data aggregation processes and data warehouse.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement HR reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data quality and reliable data availability.
• Translate stakeholder needs into system features, data models, and KPI reports.
• Align HR tech solutions with governance and data management standards.
• Coordinate with external parties and monitor deliverables.
• Provide stakeholders with status updates and maintain confidentiality.
• Test solutions thoroughly before release.
