Randstad Digital in Porto is hiring a Senior HR Business Analyst for direct integration. The role partners with HR and business stakeholders to translate needs into system requirements, data models, and reporting specifications, combining HR process expertise with strong analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, finance or equivalent.
• Solid SQL/M/DAX technical aptitude.
• Experience with Power BI, PowerApps, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reports and dashboards.
• Ensure distribution, process animation and data availability.
• Develop and maintain data models, tools and KPI reports.
• Align models and reports with governance and information management rules.
• Coordinate with external parties and monitor deliverables.
• Provide data quality checks and actionable recommendations.
• Ensure reports provide clear insights and are tested prior to release.
