NetJets UK is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Risk Analyst to develop and maintain the Health and Safety program for all UK employees, ensuring integration with the Safety Management System and alignment with UK and EU regulatory requirements.

You will lead risk assessment, data analysis, and reporting, act as subject matter expert, and support crew safety initiatives in a UK aviation context. Degree in Health & Safety and 4+ years of experience are required, with fluent Business English.

Qualificações

• Degree in Health & Safety or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in health and safety programs.
• Knowledge of UK and EU health and safety regulations.
• Aviation industry experience is desirable.
• Fluency in Business English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain UK Health & Safety program ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Act as SME for UK Health & Safety and guide internal stakeholders.
• Manage crew health and safety reporting system and mitigate risks.
• Conduct safety data analysis to identify hazards and safety issues.
• Maintain risk register and monitor effectiveness of mitigation actions.
• Support training and awareness programs to promote safety culture.
