Anova is seeking a Senior Hardware & Test Validation Engineer to advance our IoT hardware validation framework in Porto. The role involves designing automated test hardware, defining validation plans across electrical, RF, and firmware domains, and owning reporting and traceability for product readiness.

You will collaborate with firmware, QA, and test technicians, working in a hybrid Porto setup with on-site lab days and occasional international coordination.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years in test systems engineering, hardware validation, or embedded test.
• Hands-on experience designing automated test hardware and PCBs.
• Familiarity with environmental and reliability testing; RF/wireless and firmware validation preferred.
• Excellent English communication across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and modernize test processes and validation approaches for next-generation products.
• Design and build automated test hardware and fixtures for scalable validation.
• Define validation plans across PCB/electrical, RF/wireless, and firmware behavior.
• Own validation reporting, traceability, and release sign-off.
• Support factory bring-up and investigate test-related issues.
