Anova is seeking a Firmware & Electrical Engineering Manager in Porto, guiding a team of Firmware and Electrical Engineers through hands-on leadership, design reviews, and career development. You will stay close to technical details to unblock hard problems and set the technical bar for hardware in every device.

The role is hybrid with an average of three days on-site at the Porto office, supporting active builds, bring-up, and EVT/DVT/PVT work.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in electrical/embedded firmware roles; strong fit for engineering manager with EE depth.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the team: foster technical excellence, conduct performance reviews and career growth conversations.
• Drive engineering excellence: drive structured workflows, oversee 8D investigations, lifecycle management, design changes and new product development.
• Own delivery and coordination: manage capacity, schedule, risks, and work with PMs; coordinate cross‑team interfaces for EVT/DVT/PVT builds.
