Anova Porto is seeking a Firmware & Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a team of firmware and electrical engineers, guide career growth, review designs, and set technical standards for hardware in every device we ship.

You will report to the Senior Hardware Engineering Manager, manage delivery across EVT/DVT/PVT stages, and partner with cross‑functional teams in a fast-paced hardware cycle in Porto hybrid work model.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in electrical engineering, embedded firmware, or combined EE/FW roles.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
• Leadership experience across projects or teams, with demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and drive initiatives cross-functionally.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced hardware development cycles (EVT/DVT/PVT).
• Experience with embedded firmware development or close collaboration with firmware engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Firmware and Electrical Engineers and develop their careers; review designs and unblock hard problems.
• Drive engineering excellence by championing structured workflows and overseeing design changes and investigations.
• Own delivery and coordination of active projects, managing capacity, schedule, risks, and cross-team interfaces.
