Bosch Portugal, Aveiro site, is seeking a Project Manager to steer gas water heater initiatives in line with the EMEA strategy. You will lead product introductions from concept to market launch, coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Quality to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to cost targets.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in hardware development projects, strong leadership, and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Qualificações

University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
5–10 years of professional experience in new developments projects.
3–5 years of proven experience in managing complex projects.
Strong experience with Time-to-Market processes and product development life cycles.

Responsabilidades

Lead projects of final products to be sold to end-customers.
Coordinate the work of a project team with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Quality.
Ensure that solutions meet Bosch Home Comfort quality standards and integrate with the portfolio.
Own the project lifecycle from concept to production ramp-up and market launch.
Drive critical project decisions while ensuring timelines, target costs, and specs.
Communicate progress and milestones to stakeholders at all levels.
