Bosch Home Comfort Portugal is seeking a Senior Project Manager to steer gas water heater projects in alignment with our EMEA strategy to defend market position.

In collaboration with R&D, purchasing, manufacturing and quality, you will lead product introductions from concept to market launch, owning the full lifecycle and driving decisions to meet timelines and cost targets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects of final products to be sold to end-customers.
• Coordinate the work of a project team with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Quality departments.
• Ensure developed solutions meet Bosch Home Comfort's quality standards and integrate with the portfolio.
• Take full ownership of the project lifecycle from concept to production ramp-up and market launch.
• Drive critical project decisions while ensuring timelines, target costs, and technical specs.
• Communicate project progress and milestones to stakeholders at all levels.

Your tasks

We are looking for a project manager to steer our gas water heater projects, in close alignment with our EMEA strategy of defending market position. Working together with R&D, purchasing, manufacturing and quality, you will lead the introduction of new products from product creation phase to successful market launch:

• Lead Projects of final products to be sold to end-customers.
• Coordinate the work of a project team in close collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Quality departments.
• Ensure that the developed solutions meet Bosch Home Comfort's stringent quality standards and seamlessly integrate with the existing portfolio.
• Take full ownership of the project lifecycle- from initial concept and development to production ramp-up and market launch.
• Drive critical project decisions while ensuring strict adherence to timelines, target costs, and technical specifications.
• Communicate project progress and key milestones effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
