Paddle is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with Go to design and build high-throughput payment and billing systems in a cloud environment. You will own features from concept to rollout, work with Product, Data, and Risk teams, and help shape our engineering culture.

• Development experience with Go.
• Experience designing and building high-traffic cloud systems in AWS.
• Collaborative with technical and non-technical teams.
• Proactive improvements to code and processes.
• Strong understanding of API principles and best practices.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience solving complex problems and ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain high-throughput, reliable systems powering Paddle.
• Lead the implementation of new features from concept to monitoring.
• Architect solutions that scale with growing transaction volumes.
• Write clean, well-tested code and uphold engineering standards.
• Lead design discussions and architecture decisions balancing delivery and sustainability.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Risk, and Operations to translate requirements.
• Mentor engineers and drive long-term technical planning.
• Contribute to shaping engineering culture at Paddle.
