Enovis México in Odivelas is seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Program Lead to own delivery of global digital initiatives. The role focuses on leading the replatforming of Enovis.com and harmonizing the digital ecosystem, coordinating across regions, IT, and external partners.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in digital transformation and program management, strong stakeholder skills, and fluent English. This is a full-time, on-site/hybrid role based in Odivelas, Portugal.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in Digital Transformation and Program Management.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide website replatforming initiatives.
• Experience managing multi-country or global digital programs.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology functions.
• Experience working with external vendors, agencies, and system integrators.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic digital transformation programs.
• Drive the global replatforming of Enovis.com and consolidation of digital properties.
• Ensure projects deliver measurable business value and ROI.
• Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate execution across business teams, IT, and external partners.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Business Units, IT teams, agencies, and the Digital Center of Excellence.
• Align stakeholders around priorities, responsibilities, and delivery plans.
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve cross-functional challenges.
• Provide executive-level updates and reporting.
