• Experiência comprovada em disciplina digital relevante (gestão de plataformas/web, e-commerce, SEO, analytics ou gestão de programas).
• Forte capacidade de posse de resultados e de trabalhar de forma independente.
• Gestão de stakeholders e colaboração cross-funcional.

Job Title: Digital Marketing & Platform Lead (Evergreen)

Reports To: Sr Director, Digital Marketing

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Business Unit Description: Digital COE

Job Title/High-Level Position Summary: We're hiring experienced digital professionals across web platform operations, e-commerce and conversion optimization, SEO/GEO and search performance, digital analytics, and digital program management. Depending on your background, you'll take ownership of one of these areas within a global, multi-brand digital ecosystem. This requisition is used for ongoing talent acquisition and may not represent an immediate opening.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive your area (platform, program, data, or channel) in line with global standards
• Partner cross-functionally with Business Units, IT, agencies and vendors to translate business needs into execution
• Define and apply governance, standards and best practices consistently across brands and digital properties
• Use data and performance reporting to inform prioritization, decisions and continuous improvement
• Manage relationships with external vendors and system integrators where applicable
• Communicate progress, risks and outcomes clearly to stakeholders in a global organization

Minimum Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience in a relevant digital discipline (web/platform management, e-commerce, SEO, analytics, or digital program management) in a complex, multi-brand or multi-market environment
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes
• Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skill.
• Comfortable operating with structure and standards while navigating ambiguity.
• Strong communication skills in an international environment.
• A pragmatic, continuous-improvement mindset.

Desired Characteristics

• Experience in regulated industries (medtech, healthcare, pharma)
• Exposure to global or multi-brand digital ecosystems
• Familiarity with modern CMS, e-commerce, analytics or MarTech platforms
