About the Role

As Senior Digital Transformation Program Lead, you will own the delivery of strategic digital transformation initiatives across regions, business units, IT teams, and external partners. Your primary focus during the first 12 to 18 months will be leading our global website replatforming initiative and harmonizing the broader digital and e-commerce ecosystem. You will act as the central coordinator ensuring alignment, governance, excellence, and business impact across multiple stakeholders globally.

Program Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic digital transformation programs.
• Drive the global replatforming of Enovis.com and consolidation of digital properties.
• Ensure projects deliver measurable business value and ROI.
• Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate execution across business teams, IT, and external partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as the primary liaison between Business Units, IT teams, agencies, and the Digital Center of Excellence.
• Align stakeholders around priorities, responsibilities, and delivery plans.
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve complex cross-functional challenges.
• Provide executive-level updates and reporting.

Governance & Program Management

• Establish governance frameworks and operating models.
• Monitor progress against strategic objectives.
• Manage vendors, agencies, and implementation partners.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks.
• Ensure accountability across all workstreams.

Change Management & Adoption

• Coordinate global rollouts and adoption plans.
• Support communication, training, and readiness initiatives.
• Ensure successful implementation across markets.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and Program Management.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide website replatforming initiatives.
• Experience managing multi-country or global digital programs.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology functions.
• Experience working with external vendors, agencies, and system integrators.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English.

Technical Expertise

• Optimizely CMS experience (required).
• Knowledge of MarTech ecosystems and Digital Experience Platforms.
