Connect Digital in Lisbon seeks a Senior Frontend Engineer/Frontend Architect to lead modern frontend architectures and scalable, high-performance experiences. You will drive rendering strategies, CMS/DXP integrations, and robust API ecosystems in a multi-team setting.

The role blends architectural leadership with hands-on delivery, working across product, design, and backend teams to ensure optimal performance, governance, and edge-caching strategies in a hybrid environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of frontend engineering or architecture experience.
• Expertise in SSR/CSR/SSG, hydration, and rendering pipelines.
• Experience with modern frontend ecosystems and multi-team environments.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and implement scalable frontend solutions with modern frameworks and rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR, streaming, edge rendering).
• Define and govern reusable modules with versioning and cross-team integration.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-performance digital experiences.
• Integrate headless CMS and DXP platforms with editorial workflows and multi-language support.
• Optimise caching and performance pipelines, including edge networks and CDNs.
• Develop and maintain robust API integrations with secure practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD, code quality, and governance in enterprise environments.
