Capital On Tap in Lisbon is seeking a Front-End Engineering Lead to guide the React-based frontend of a fast-growing ecommerce platform. This hybrid, Lisbon-based role combines technical leadership with hands-on development to shape our UI strategy and delivery.

You will lead a frontend team, drive new solutions with React and Node.js, ensure high-quality standards, collaborate with product and backend teams, and mentor engineers.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of frontend development experience.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong expertise in React and modern frontend workflows.
• Experience delivering large-scale web applications.
