PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Front-end Engineer for the App Experience team in Lisbon to help transform the product into a configurable platform. You’ll design and ship frontend interfaces, contribute to the design system, and collaborate with engineers across teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, REST APIs, and cloud knowledge on AWS/Azure/GCP, plus strong frontend fundamentals. This role offers a hybrid work model with offices in Lisbon and other cities.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience building web apps with a modern component-based framework.
• Strong knowledge of state management, performance, accessibility, styling, and infra.
• Experience designing and building REST APIs.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Node, CI/CD, Git, and AI-driven development.
• Experience with agile delivery methodologies and public cloud engineering (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsabilidades

• Design and architect the set of flexible platform building blocks for the PagerDuty Platform.
• Code, test, and ship frontend interfaces and libraries for secure, reliable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineers across teams to own projects.
• Mentor frontend engineers and share knowledge across the org.
• Curate and evolve the frontend design system in a distributed system.
• Develop architecture patterns that scale for better user and developer experiences.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Drive alignment on technical direction among stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
