Natixis in Portugal is seeking a Senior Accounting Control Officer to lead controls across Finance tools and Loan Management Systems. You will define KPI's on suspensions, reconcile suspense entries, and ensure accurate closing data across management and accounting systems.

Responsibilities include data validation before monthly close, investigation of manual entries, and collaboration with Backoffice/Front Office to ensure regulatory compliance and proper product parametrization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor Degree / Master Degree in Finance and/or Accounting.
• Knowledge on LoanIQ, Sysco, EasyMorph, Vermeer.
• Knowledge of Banks Accounting.
• Knowledge of Financing Operations.
• Excel.
• Word.
• VBA.
• Specific for Financing Operations: Work with areas Tools (Vermeer, Sysco, LoanIQ, Toge, EasyMorph)
• Proactivity.

Responsabilidades

• Performs controls in Finance tools and Loan Management Systems to avoid rejections and escalates where needed.
• Defines KPIs on suspensions and reconciles suspense accounts for proper classification.
• Analyzes accounting operations to ensure correct recording before monthly close and correct data.
• Ensures data completeness and auditability of restatements and data breakdowns; coordinates data reconciliation.
• Investigates manual entries and financial adjustments to ensure accurate data in systems.
• Detects and corrects errors and anomalies and follows up on corrective actions.
• Monitors accounting control systems and unusual expenses to identify and solve issues.
• Interfaces with Backoffice and Front Office systems to ensure correct product parametrization and compliance.
