Job summary

Randstad Professional is seeking a Senior Financial Controller with strong FP&A capabilities to partner with operations and executive leadership in a multinational setting. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, building robust models and delivering insightful management reports.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, perform scenario analyses, and drive data-led decision making while mentoring the finance team and supporting ERP and reporting improvements.

Qualifications

• 7 to 12 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• Professional qualifications (MBA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) are highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Prepare management reporting packages for executive leadership and Board stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs, analyzing revenue, tariff, volume, and cost drivers.
