Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager (Fit-Out Works) in Porto to lead real estate project solutions from planning through close-out. You will oversee CAPEX initiatives and tenant fit-out works, coordinating clients, internal teams, and external partners for timely, on-budget delivery.

The role demands strong organizational and financial skills, construction management experience, and the ability to read architectural and MEP drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading real estate projects, CAPEX and tenant fit-out.
• Strong budgeting, cost control and financial analysis skills.
• Construction management experience including MEP works.
• Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Office; MS Project is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver objectives.
• Manage all phases from planning to close-out, including budget and schedule.
• Define project requirements with clients and prepare scopes of work, budgets, and milestones.
• Implement communication plans with regular meetings and status reports.
• Monitor progress, report variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage change control processes and risk mitigation.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
