Revive in Porto is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own the day-to-day execution of the development cycle from permitting through construction to delivery. You will keep timing, budget and quality on track while coordinating internal teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management and stakeholder negotiation, with responsibility for board reports and milestone alignment.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of project management experience in real estate or construction.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling and risk-management skills.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Knowledge of financial feasibility concepts is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project timing, budget, quality and impact targets through a structured decision-milestone process.
• Lead internal teams and external partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance.
• Secure permits and manage regulatory processes through approval.
• Report progress, risks and outcomes to the board on a regular cadence.
• Build and stress-test business plans and develop scenarios.
