Ivy Partners is a Swiss consulting firm that helps businesses tackle strategic, technological, and organizational challenges. The Senior ERP Financial Consultant role focuses on translating requirements into ERP solutions with strong finance process knowledge, including Workday and Unit4 Agresso.

You will drive ERP implementations, integrations, and data validation, working with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices and successful go-lives.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of ERP experience, preferably in implementation, migration or evolution projects.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes and financial ERP modules.
• Experience with e-Invoicing processes and integrations.
• Experience with ERP interfaces and integrations (APIs, web services, file-based, middleware).
• Solid SQL and database querying/validation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and with stakeholders in finance and IT.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into ERP solutions with Finance stakeholders.
• Participate in ERP implementation and evolution projects from requirements to go-live and support.
• Support configuration and continuous improvement of ERP processes and financial modules.
• Assist electronic invoicing processes, data flows, validation, and ERP integrations.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot interfaces between ERP platforms and other apps.
• Perform data analysis and troubleshooting using SQL and DB queries.
• Collaborate with technical teams, analysts, project managers, and partners; contribute to documentation.

As a Senior ERP Financial Consultant at Ivy Partners, you will:

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical ERP solutions, working closely with Finance and business stakeholders.
• Participate in ERP implementation and evolution projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Support the configuration and continuous improvement of ERP processes and financial modules, ensuring solutions align with business needs and best practices.
• Support electronic invoicing (e-Invoicing) processes and solutions, including invoice data flows, validation, and integration with ERP systems.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot interfaces and integrations between ERP platforms and other applications.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting using SQL and database queries, supporting testing and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business analysts, project managers, and external partners, contributing to functional and technical documentation.

About You

You are our ideal candidate if you:

• Have, at least, 6 years of experience working with ERP solutions, preferably in implementation, migration, or evolution projects.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes and financial ERP modules.
• Experience with Workday Financials and/or Unit4 Agresso. Experience with other enterprise ERP solutions is also considered.
• Experience with electronic invoicing (e-Invoicing) processes, solutions, and integrations.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and databases, including data querying, analysis, and validation.
• Experience supporting ERP interfaces and integrations. Knowledge of APIs, web services, file-based integrations, or middleware is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
