Job summary

Much Consulting in Portugal is seeking a Junior ERP Consultant to join our International Business Unit. You will own sub-projects within large-scale IT transformations, architect future-proof business processes, and deliver analyses guiding executive decisions.

You will communicate with clients, translate requirements into technical specs, and collaborate with engineering teams. A university degree and 1+ year IT/ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in IT/ERP, Management Consulting, or Project Management.
• A razor-sharp analytical mind with the ability to grasp complex systems quickly.
• Strong teamwork and English fluency at C2 level; Spanish is a plus.

• Consult & Advise: Prepare compelling pitch decks and lead high-impact workshops for our clients.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Act as the vital link between our clients and our engineering team. You will translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.

Requirements

Who You Are

• The Foundation: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
• The Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in IT/ERP, Management Consulting, or Project Management.
• The Mindset: A razor-sharp analytical mind. You grasp complex systems at lightning speed and possess a genuine passion for tackling challenging tasks.
• The Communicator: You are a highly committed team player with C2-level fluency in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
