much. Consulting, one of Europe’s fastest-growing Odoo Gold Partners, is looking for an Odoo Consultant to join our International Business Unit in Lisbon.

You will lead ERP projects end-to-end, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and coordinate with clients and our engineering team. We seek a hands-on IT/ERP profile with 2–4 years’ experience, a sharp analytical mind, and fluent English and Spanish.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related analytical field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on IT/ERP, Management Consulting, or Project Management experience.
• Sharp analytical mind with ability to grasp complex systems quickly.
• Fluent or native level English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end ERP projects and independent sub-projects within large-scale IT transformations.
• Analyse IT architectures and design automated, future-proof business processes.
• Deliver feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses to guide development and secure project success.
• Prepare pitch decks and lead high-impact workshops for C-level decision-makers.
• Bridge between clients and engineering teams, translating business requirements into technical specs.
• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert or scale as a generalist on the management track.

Requirements

Who You Are

• The Foundation: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
• The Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT/ERP, Management Consulting, or Project Management.
• The Mindset: A razor-sharp analytical mind. You grasp complex systems at lightning speed and possess a genuine passion for tackling challenging tasks.
• The Communicator: You are a highly committed team player with C2 or native level of English and Spanish.
