much. Consulting is seeking an ERP Consultant to join our International Business Unit. You will lead end-to-end ERP projects, translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, and engage with C-level stakeholders.

You bring 2–4 years of IT/ERP or project management experience, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field, and fluency in English and Spanish. Join us for rapid learning, real client exposure, and a results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related analytical field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on IT/ERP, Management Consulting, or Project Management experience.
• Analytical mind with ability to grasp complex systems quickly.
• English and Spanish at C2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ERP projects and independent sub-projects within large IT transformations.
• Analyse IT architectures and design automated, future-proof business processes.
• Deliver feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses to guide development and ensure success.
• Prepare compelling pitches and lead workshops for C-level decision-makers.
• Bridge between clients and engineering, translating business requirements into specs.
• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert or scale as a generalist on the management track.

Requirements

Who You Are

• The Foundation: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
• The Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT/ERP, Management Consulting, or Project Management.
