Solvay in Portugal is seeking an experienced Active Directory and Entra ID Engineer to join our IAM team. You will design, implement and support directory services, MFA and SSO to ensure secure access for internal users while delivering a smooth user experience.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on service delivery, incident management, risk and compliance, and continuous improvement. Fluency in English and strong project management are essential, along with 5+ years in

Qualificações

Minimum 6 years in IT, business or operations.
5+ years with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
5+ years managing third-party or contract labor.

Responsabilidades

Oversee end-to-end service delivery with KPI monitoring and performance.
Act as primary stakeholder for incidents and changes following change management best practices.
Contribute to service lifecycle roadmaps and negotiate SLAs/OLAs.
Identify, assess and mitigate security risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Drive continuous improvement through service reviews and audits.
