Job summary

Keenfinity is seeking an Electrical Engineer for the quality area to lead the quality function in product development and drive continuous quality improvements across the lifecycle. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with global teams, and adherence to ISO quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience with electrical components, strong analytical skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience with electrical components.
• Experience in a global organization and electronics/video/photo industries.
• Experienced with development processes, agile principles and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO27001).
• Demonstrates flexibility and strong teamwork across international stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead quality function in product development; define targets and gates.
• Derive measures to improve preventive quality and implement them.
• Collaborate across the product lifecycle and track QA measures.
• Create methods and monthly reports to manage stakeholder expectations with data-driven communication.
• Identify and drive quality improvements and warranty cost reduction using 8D, Fishbone, and 5Why.
• Monitor warranty data, failure costs, and customer complaints for early detection.
