Keenfinity seeks an Electrical Engineer for the quality area to lead quality initiatives in product development, define targets, and ensure quality gates are met. The role involves deriving preventive measures, collaborating across the lifecycle, and delivering data-driven QA results.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years of electrical components experience, an engineering degree, and fluency in English, with ISO standards exposure and strong cross-functional teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience with electrical components.
• Experience in agile processes and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO27001).
• Able to collaborate across international teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality function in product development to define targets and ensure quality gates are met.
• Derive measures to improve preventive quality and implement them.
• Collaborate across the product lifecycle and track QA measures for maturities.
• Create methods and monthly reports to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Drive quality improvements and warranty cost reductions using 8D, Fishbone, 5 whys.
• Monitor warranty data and customer complaints for early quality issues.
• Develop quality targets aligned with business goals and manage supplier quality issues.
