Zusammenfassung

Accenture Digital Core is seeking a Senior Elasticsearch & Observability Engineer to design, build, and extend the Elastic Stack for robust observability across complex environments. You will work with Mainframe, Open Systems, and container platforms, ensuring performance, policy adherence, and secure access.

You will mentor peers, collaborate with product owners, and drive continuous delivery governance while staying current with vendor updates and new features. Lisbon-based, hybrid work model.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in computer science/engineering or comparable technical field.
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in observability and production support.
• Proven track record in Agile delivery and incident/release management.
• Strong cross-team coordination, stakeholder communication, and effort estimation.
• Linux and Windows fundamentals; Mainframe knowledge is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, maintain, and extend the Elastic Stack for observability across mainframe, open systems and container platforms.
• Drive observability practices and design solutions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure platform performance, log retention policies, data lifecycle management, and secure access control.
• Follow vendor updates and evolve the observability platform with new features.
• Lead RCA, incidents (P1/P2), and release execution; mentor team members.
