IRIUM is seeking a Senior DevOps/ELK Engineer to design, build and extend the Elastic Stack, driving observability across Mainframe, Open Systems and container platforms. You will ensure performance, governance and data lifecycle, while coaching teams in observability adoption.

Requires 5–10 years in IT with strong Agile delivery and incident management, plus Linux/Windows fundamentals. Hybrid Lisbon-based role with collaboration across development and operations teams.

Qualificações

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable technical field.
• 5–10 years in IT with observability and production support.
• Proven track record in Agile delivery and incident/release management.
• Strong cross-team coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Linux/Windows fundamentals; Mainframe knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, maintain and extend the Elastic Stack.
• Drive observability for applications on Mainframe, Open Systems and containers.
• Ensure platform performance, indexing efficiency and data lifecycle policies.
• Collaborate with development, architects and operations teams.
• Lead RCA, incident handling and release execution.
• Establish governance for application monitoring and security compliance.
• Coach and mentor team members on observability solutions.
• Report progress to Product Owners and Management.
