Siemens Mobility is seeking a Senior EHS and Quality Specialist to lead QEHS processes, ensuring legal and corporate compliance while supporting operations and projects across the organization.

You will implement maintenance and continuous improvement of QEHS systems, oversee audits, and drive risk assessments and preventive actions. Fluency in English and ability to work remotely are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Safety, Quality or equivalent.
• Specialisation in Quality, Environment and Safety (advantage).
• THST certification Level IV or higher (advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality, Environment, and/or Safety roles.
• Experience with integrated management systems and audits.
• Experience in industrial environments and project management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update the Integrated QEHS Management System documentation.
• Support audits and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze QEHS performance indicators and drive improvement measures.
• Support legal and corporate reporting on QEHS matters.
• Assist project teams on QEHS topics and risk assessments.
• Develop and deliver QEHS training initiatives.

Your mission will be…

Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS) processes, guaranteeing compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements, as well as providing technical support to the organization's operations, projects, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated QEHS Management System

• Maintain and update the Integrated QEHS Management System documentation.
• Support internal, external, and certification audits.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions, as well as improvement opportunities.
• Analyse QEHS performance indicators and propose improvement measures.
• Support the maintenance of ISO certifications and corporate requirements.

Compliance and Legal Requirements

• Monitor applicable legal requirements in the areas of Quality, Environment, and Safety.
• Support the preparation of legal and corporate reports.
• Ensure the proper management of documentation associated with legal compliance.
• Participate in the implementation of actions arising from audits and inspections.

Project and Operations Support

• Support operational teams and project managers on QEHS matters.
• Participate in risk assessments and the definition of preventive measures.
• Support supplier evaluation and qualification processes.
• Contribute to the preparation of QEHS documentation for proposals and projects.

QEHS Training and Culture

• Develop and deliver awareness and training initiatives.
• Support QEHS induction programmes.
• Promote best practices in safety, quality, and environmental management.
• Participate in corporate QEHS campaign

We are looking for someone with…

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Safety, Quality, or an equivalent field;
• Specialisation in Quality, Environment, and Safety will be considered an advantage (Training in Auditing, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards);
• Valid Occupational Health and Safety Technician (THST) certification Level IV or higher will be considered an advantage;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality, Environment, and/or Safety roles;
• Experience with integrated management systems;
• Experience in audits and continuous improvement;
• Experience in industrial environments, technical services, or project management will be considered an advantage;
• High level of autonomy;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Organisation and priority management skills;
• Problem-solving orientation;
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders;
• Fluency in English;
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
