Retail Consult in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Tech Lead to join our Delivery team. You will lead end-to-end technical design, drive performance, scalability, and maintainability of key platform components, collaborating with product managers, architects, and stakeholders.

You should have 7+ years in software engineering with leadership experience, strong backend/frontend skills (Python, React, TypeScript), and expertise in Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD. English proficiency is mandatory.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Azure PaaS and cloud-native patterns.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end technical design and delivery of platform components.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders.
• Champion cloud-native design and Azure PaaS usage.
• Guide DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Set coding standards and ensure code quality and security.
• Act as a technical mentor for engineers.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve architecture.
• Contribute to roadmap and long-term vision.
