AMGEN in Lisbon, ACCP, is seeking a Digital Performance Analytics Senior Associate to track, report, and analyze paid media performance supporting strategic commercial initiatives. You will work with the Digital Analytics Manager and cross-functional teams to turn data into insights and optimize media investment.

This role is ideal for data-driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, global healthcare setting and are proficient with Tableau/Power BI and data visualization tools.

Qualificações

  • Minimum 3 years of analytics experience, preferably in digital media, performance reporting, or commercial data analysis.
  • Master's degree and 3 years of experience, OR Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience.
  • University Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, healthcare or related field.
  • Proficiency in English, both in written and oral communication.

Responsabilidades

  • Assist in collecting, tracking, and analyzing media performance metrics across digital channels (display, social, search, video).
  • Maintain and update reporting dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, PowerPoint) to reflect current campaign performance.
  • Partner with the Digital Analytics Manager to support brand reporting needs and provide inputs into strategic readouts and campaign reviews.
  • Coordinate with media agency partners to ensure timely delivery and validation of data inputs.
  • Identify data discrepancies and perform quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Support documentation of business rules and measurement frameworks across reporting workstreams.
  • Participate in recurring media reporting cycles and contribute to analytics process improvements.
  • Collaborate with brand, GCC, and GCCI stakeholders to integrate media insights with broader commercial narratives.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Associate in Digital Analytics within the Global Customer Capabilities & Innovations (GCCI) organization, you will play a key role in tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of paid media campaigns supporting Amgen’s strategic commercial initiatives. You will support the Digital Analytics Manager based at the ACCP and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including brand leads, the Global Commercial Capabilities (GCC) team, and external media agencies. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into insights, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Your work will help optimize media investment and drive meaningful business impact for priority brands

The responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Assist in the collection, tracking, and analysis of media performance metrics across digital channels (e.g., display, social, search, video).

You are collaborative, data-savvy, and enthusiastic about contributing to media analytics in a global healthcare setting. You enjoy solving problems with data, working with digital platforms, and supporting commercial decision-making through insights.

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, preferably in digital media, performance reporting, or commercial data analysis.
  • Master's degree and 3 years of experience.

  • University Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, healthcare or related field.
  • Proficiency in English, both in written and oral communication.
Preferred Requirements
  • Familiarity with digital media metrics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Experience using Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization platforms.
  • Medium knowledge of SQL or data wrangling tools is a plus.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience working with external agencies or media partners preferred.Detail-oriented with the ability to validate and reconcile data.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in pharma/biotech or regulated industry is a plus, but not required
