Decskill, an IT consulting company with strong local presence in Portugal, is seeking a DevOps & Production Support Engineer (Level 3) to join our growing team. You will support business-critical applications and shape cloud‑based architectures in production environments, coordinating cross‑functional teams and driving DevOps best practices.

The role emphasizes cloud adoption, IaC, automation, and operational excellence across Linux, WebSphere, Autosys, and modern cloud platforms

Qualificações

• Proven experience as Technical Engineer or Production Support Engineer (Level 3) in enterprise IT environments.
• Strong understanding of IT production environments including servers, storage, networking, middleware, and deployment.
• Experience in technical project management and infrastructure delivery for business‑critical applications.
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience delivering cloud‑based infrastructure projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 production support for business-critical applications and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
• Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure and production projects, from planning through implementation and transition to operations.
• Design and implement technical architectures supporting business applications in production environments.
• Coordinate cross‑functional technical teams across infrastructure, middleware, cloud, networking, and application support.
