Richemont, a world leader in luxury, invites a seasoned software-oriented engineer to join the Code&Build team on the DevEx journey.

You will build solutions with Python and Django, integrate AI Code Assistant, automate governance, and engage with internal stakeholders across Maisons to deliver secure, scalable tooling for 1,500 developers.

This role offers a flexible hybrid policy with 2 days remote per week and opportunities for training, certifications and participation in tech conferences.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of experience in Software/DevOps Engineering in a large company or international environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
• Fluency in English is mandatory (C1 level).

CONTEXT

Within the Richemont DevOps platform pillar, the Code&Build team (6 people, Scrum methodology) is responsible for the VCS, CI, Artefact registry, AI Code Assistant and HTTPS certificates scopes for the entire organization. We ensure our offer fulfills the requirements of our internal customers in a simple, intuitive, secure and cost-efficient way by creating tooling, best practices, governance, patterns, and training.

To complement the team, we are searching for a seasoned software-oriented engineer willing to lead the change with us.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• AI Integration: You will work on the advanced integration of our AI Code Assistant, moving beyond simple tool management to create a truly augmented development environment.
• Platform Engineering: Participate in standardizing our offers by implementing integrations, blueprints, and automation that ensure a seamless and secure experience.
• Develop & Innovate: You will be a key contributor to our internal platform, using Python and Django to build solutions that simplify the DevEx of 1,500 developers.
• Governance as Code: Improve our tools' governance and processes through automation rather than manual intervention.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders (our Maisons) to discover opportunities and translate their requirements into robust offers.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Soft skills

• At least 5 years of experience in Software/DevOps Engineering, ideally in a large company / international environment.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges (e.g., tool selection, integration strategies, migration planning).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong documentation skills to create clear and concise technical documentation.

• Willingness to think from a customer's point of view, to automate and simplify workflows.

• Familiarity with the Agile/DevOps operating model.

• Fluency in English is mandatory (C1 level).

Technical skills

• Software Craftsmanship: You are a Python expert (Django is a big plus) who cares about clean code, testing, and design patterns.

• DevOps Culture: You have a clear understanding of the SSDLC workflow, especially regarding the VCS, CI and artefact registry aspects.

• Cloud & Infra: You have practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and one cloud provider (AWS, GCP...).
