Richemont Iberia SL in Lisbon is seeking a Salesforce Release Manager & Platform Administrator to own releases, CI/CD pipelines, and the overall health of the Salesforce environment. You will coordinate across environments, manage deployment issues, and ensure secure, predictable delivery through governance and automation.

• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and release management in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, metadata, sandboxes and deployment mechanisms.
• Experience with Salesforce CLI, Salesforce DX and source-driven development practices.
• Good understanding of Salesforce platform constraints, governor limits, seasonal releases and critical updates.

Responsabilidades

• Own and coordinate Salesforce releases across environments, from planning and readiness checks to production deployment and post-release validation.

• Follow Salesforce seasonal releases, critical updates and deprecations, assess their impact and coordinate required testing and remediation.

• Act as a key Salesforce administrator and ensure the overall health, stability and maintainability of the SF org.
• Monitor platform usage, limits, storage, licenses, scheduled jobs, integrations and other key platform indicators.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation for build, validation, deployment and release activities.
• Promote Salesforce and DevOps best practices and identify opportunities to simplify, automate and secure delivery processes.

CONTEXT

Within Richemont Group Technology, the Wholesale Engagement team is responsible for digital solutions supporting our Maisons and their wholesale partners.

As part of the continued evolution of our Salesforce platform and delivery capabilities, we are looking for a Salesforce Release Manager & Platform Administrator to join our R-Tech Center in Lisbon.

You will play a key role in the operation and evolution of our Salesforce platform. You will own and coordinate release activities, maintain and improve our GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to the overall administration, stability and operational health of our Salesforce environments.

Working closely with Salesforce developers, Tech Leads, Solution Architects, Product teams and other technology stakeholders, you will help ensure that changes are delivered safely, efficiently and consistently across environments.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Release Management

• Own and coordinate Salesforce releases across environments, from planning and readiness checks to production deployment and post-release validation.

• Coordinate release calendars, dependencies and activities with development, product and architecture teams.

• Manage deployment issues, troubleshooting and rollback activities when required.

• Follow Salesforce seasonal releases, critical updates and deprecations, assess their impact and coordinate required testing and remediation.

• Continuously improve release processes, standards and documentation.

Platform Administration & Health

• Act as a key Salesforce administrator and ensure the overall health, stability and maintainability of the SF org.

• Monitor platform usage, limits, storage, licenses, scheduled jobs, integrations and other key platform indicators.

• Manage environments and sandboxes, as well as users, permissions and access according to established governance and security principles.

• Identify configuration issues, technical debt and platform risks, and coordinate remediation actions.

• Support incident investigation and root-cause analysis for Salesforce-related issues.

DevOps & Continuous Improvement

• Operate, maintain and evolve GitLab CI/CD pipelines supporting Salesforce delivery.

• Develop and maintain scripts and automation for build, validation, deployment and release activities.

• Troubleshoot pipeline and deployment issues and improve automation reliability.

• Contribute to branching, merge request, versioning, quality gates and release strategies.

• Promote Salesforce and DevOps best practices and identify opportunities to simplify, automate and secure delivery processes.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Experience & Salesforce

• Proven hands‑on experience with Salesforce administration and release management in an enterprise environment.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, metadata, sandboxes and deployment mechanisms.

• Experience with Salesforce CLI, Salesforce DX and source‑driven development practices.

• Good understanding of Salesforce platform constraints, governor limits, seasonal releases and critical updates.

DevOps & GitLab

• Strong hands‑on experience with Git, GitLab and GitLab CI/CD.

• Ability to maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

• Experience with branching strategies, merge requests, versioning and automated validation.

• Scripting skills (Shell or equivalent) for DevOps and deployment automation.

Personal Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities with a structured approach to production changes.

• Ability to identify risks, coordinate technical dependencies and work across development, architecture, infrastructure and security teams.

• Good communication skills and ability to document technical and operational processes clearly.

Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator is required.

• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is a plus.

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is a plus.

• Salesforce Platform Developer certification is an advantage.

• Additional Salesforce or DevOps-related certifications are appreciated.

Languages

• Fluent Portuguese and English are required.

• French would be an advantage.
