Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a Production & Maintenance QA Engineer to ensure product increments are reliable and fit for purpose across the composable ecosystem, including SAP, SaaS applications, low-code/no-code solutions, integrations, events, and microservices.

The role focuses on designing and executing test strategies for end-to-end flows, targeting robustness and scalability while supporting continuous updates and high-quality releases. English fluency is required.

Qualificações

• Master degree / Engineer in Information Technologies with strong emphasis in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in software QA or similar role, ideally with a consulting background.
• Excellent ability to communicate technical information to management, peers and industry partners.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute test strategies that validate features and end-to-end flows.
• Ensure robustness, scalability and regression-free updates across the ecosystem (SAP, SaaS, low-code/no-code).
• Act as the voice of quality inside the Product Team and raise the bar for engineering practices.

The role is embedded in Richemont’s Group Technology Product Domain “Operations & Services” and part of the Manufacturing Operations Area.

Our scope of Manufacturing Operations includes all business processes of the value chain to produce goods including Production Execution, Maintenance Management, Quality Management, and Logistic Execution.

To support our digital transformation, the Richemont strategy is based on 3 majors pillars:

• The decoupling principle between front-end and back-end applications using a modern integration landscape based on APIs and Event Driven Architecture, to let the flexibility to the Maison on their User Interface.
• Select the most appropriated back-end system as SAP PP, SAP EWM, Rhize MES, MaintainX CMMS and QES as Qualaxy and Elistat, to reply to the business requirement without customs developments, and to benefits form the editors innovations.
• Real-time execution and data driven, Richemont is applying advanced solution regarding the IIOT (Industrial Internet of Things) for machine connectivity, with the ambition of an harmonized data conversion (based on ISA95 concept) to make data accessible from our entire manufacture to a single point (Unified NameSpace).

The Production & Maintenance QA Engineer ensures that product increments are reliable, consistent, and fit for purpose across the entire composable ecosystem: SAP, SaaS applications, low-code/no-code solutions, integrations, events, and microservices.

They design and execute test strategies that validate not only features, but the entire end-to-end flow, ensuring robustness, scalability and regression-free updates.

They are the voice of quality inside the Product Team and raise the bar for engineering practices, automation and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Master degree / Engineer in Information Technologies with strong emphasis in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience, ideally with a consulting background, in software QA or similar role.
• Proficiency in designing and executing test cases, test plans, and test strategies
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephy)
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Good understanding of architecture design principles and integration technologies such as APIs
• Good understanding of software development & customizing lifecycle in Agile and Scrum models
• Excellent ability and experience to effectively communicate technical information to management, peers and industry partners.
• Fluent in English

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

• Master degree / Engineer with strong emphasis in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• 7+ years of experience, ideally with a consulting background, in contact with industrial environments in Production as well in IT
• Strong Experience in full Projects lifecycle deploying Manufacturing ERP & MES from Design to Run
• Collaborative leadership and coaching mindset.
• Experience in designing business solutions based on SAP PP, with MES related experiences, ideally also with Low Code / No Code platforms
• Good understanding of architecture design principles and integration technologies such as APIs
• Good understanding of software development & customizing lifecycle in Agile and Scrum models
• Experience in Team Management overseeing the Design, Deployment and Support activities, including budget follow up and planning activities
• Excellent ability and experience to effectively communicate technical information to management, peers and industry partners.
