Syone is seeking a DevOps Engineer for a hybrid role based in Porto or Lisbon. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and optimize cloud environments to ensure reliable deployments.

You will work across Development, Infrastructure, and Operations teams, applying IaC with Terraform and scripting to enhance automation, security, and availability. Fluent English is mandatory and international projects are involved.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and containerized environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code practices using tools such as Terraform.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to improve deployment processes and system reliability.
• Implement and maintain automation and configuration management solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices, processes, and tools.
• Ensure security, scalability, and high availability across environments.

DevOps Engineer (Hybrid – Porto or Lisbon)

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team.

What you'll do:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated software delivery;

• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes;

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and containerized environments;

• Implement Infrastructure as Code practices using tools such as Terraform;

• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability, proactively identifying and resolving issues;

• Collaborate closely with Development, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to improve deployment processes and system reliability;

• Implement and maintain automation and configuration management solutions;

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices, processes, and tools;

• Ensure security, scalability, and high availability across environments.

What you will need to bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field;

• Professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role;

• Solid experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps;

• Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes;

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform;

• Knowledge of at least one major Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP);

• Scripting/programming knowledge, preferably Python, Bash, or PowerShell;

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools is a plus;

• Good understanding of Git and version control practices;

• Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset;

• Strong communication and teamwork skills;

• Fluent English (mandatory).
