A2IT Technology is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on mainframe execution on x86 systems. You will automate deployments, resolve production issues, and collaborate with local and remote teams in a hybrid setup.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of DevOps experience, strong GitHub Actions skills, and fluency in Portuguese and English. The role offers autonomy and opportunities to improve infrastructure and security processes.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on automation and CI/CD.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for complex environments.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and production troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for complex environments, ensuring automation and efficient deployment processes.
• Lead DevOps initiatives autonomously, proactively identifying and removing blockers to ensure smooth and continuous delivery.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in production environments, always focusing on continuous improvement.
• Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot CI/CD workflows, preferably using GitHub Actions.
• Clearly communicate progress, blockers, and resolutions to development teams and project management, collaborating with both local and remote teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve infrastructure, security, and deployment processes.
