Job Title: DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer (Lisbon-Remote)

Support and develop a company-wide DevOps strategy.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure platform infrastructure.

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process.

Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity.

Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

Implement and manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.

Ensure security best practices are followed across all platform components.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.

Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering and DevOps.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Argo CD, Artifactory, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English (written and oral); willingness to learn French.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK stack).
• Knowledge of database management and optimization.
• Certifications in cloud platforms or DevOps methodologies.
